Job Overview: As the Retail Shop and Fast Casual Restaurant Associate, you will be an essential part of our success, responsible for working with a team of dedicated associates. Your main objective will be to uphold exceptional customer service standards, aid the General Manager and Retail Leads, maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the Retail Shop and Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service.
Working in one of our 4 areas: Barista, Cashier, Runner, Stocker
Maintain a clean and organized shop and restaurant ensuring shelves are stocked and products are well presented.
Physical Requirements and Other Responsibilities:
Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for 6-8 hours per day
Stay up-to-date with food handlers' certification requirements.
Proficiency with Point of Sale systems.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience, with at least 1 year experience.
Previous restaurant experience, with at least 1 year experience.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused mindset, always striving to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed, minimum of 32 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
