We’re looking for a an experienced RFP Writer with healthcare staffing experience to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll create clear, compliant, and compelling proposals that showcase our ability to deliver top travel nurses, allied health, and locum tenens providers to government agencies nationwide.

Responsibilities
· Write and edit RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for federal, state, and local healthcare staffing contracts.
· Collaborate with recruiters, compliance, and business development teams to gather content.
· Ensure proposals highlight our healthcare staffing capabilities while meeting strict compliance and submission requirements.
· Manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Maintain a library of staffing qualifications, compliance documentation, and proposal templates.
· Track proposal metrics and maintain records of submissions, feedback, and results
· Remain coachable
Requirements :
Skills and Experience
· 3–5 years of experience writing RFPs/proposals, preferably in healthcare staffing or medical services.
· Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for compliance.
· Familiarity with government procurement, healthcare staffing contracts, and MSP/VMS processes.
· Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel; proposal management software a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
