Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials, tools, and techniques.
• Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or other issues, and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Apply waterproofing materials, sealants, and adhesives to ensure the integrity of the roof.
• Collaborate with other team members, including laborers and supervisors, to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of materials and debris.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofer, with a strong understanding of roofing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to roofing work.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift over 50 plus pounds on a regular basis
