About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Roofing Estimator for direct- hire position to manage high-end, custom roof systems for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, from design and estimating to execution, ensuring top-tier customer service with a focus on transparency, excellence, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed estimates for residential roofing projects, including shingle, tile, and metal roofs.
• Analyze blueprints, project plans, and other documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Maintain updated market pricing for materials in the estimating system.
• Generate job cost reports and present prepared estimates to management.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring accurate hand-offs with project managers.

Requirements:

• Florida Roofing Experience : Strong understanding of local roofing regulations and materials.
• & Experience& 3+ Years
• The Edge Estimating Software : Proficiency in using this software for accurate cost estimation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and builder plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
