Miami based luxury boutique at a prestigious Hotel in South Beach. We are seeking an enthusiastic passionate, polished and people-oriented Sales Associates to join our team! Our boutique offers a curated selection of fine jewelry, contemporary fashion, and designer accessories. Candidate will offer one on one styling expertise, resolve customer questions and provide solutions to drive company revenue while delivering an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized service and styling guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through genuine connection and follow up
- Assist clients in selecting merchandise while delivering an elevated, luxury experience
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support Sales goals through initiative, teamwork, attention to detail
- Participate in boutique events, client appointments, and day-to-day operations
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and confident with excellent communications skills
- Team player with strong sense of style and professionalism
- Previous retail or fashion experience (luxury experience preferred)
- Reliable, motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekend and holidays
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
