Job Description: Sales Coordinator

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Sales Coordinator position ensures the accuracy of the documentation and the condition of the rental and customer owned equipment.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Inspect, verify and complete 360&degree; pictures of rental equipment & accessories prior to and during delivery and return.
• Inspects all rental contacts for incoming and outbound shipments. (Bill Of Lading)
• Complete inventory of all inbound and outbound rental & accessory shipments.
• Must have solid computer skills.
• Position is a career path to Outside Sales.
• Works with and assists the other departments: Inside Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales.
• Have knowledge of or willing to learn RentalMan Rental Software.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Must be able to work independently, prioritize and accomplish deadlines.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time.
• Must have knowledge of various equipment.
• RentalMan Rental Software experience a plus!
