At RPMS, we help small businesses grow by providing management software that boosts their online presence, attracts new customers, and optimizes customer interactions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold outreach (calls and emails) to small businesses in need of our software solutions
• Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients
• Once paid ads are implemented, focus solely on conducting sales meetings
• Work closely with our team to hit sales targets and improve our sales strategy
• Represent RPMS with professionalism, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of cold calling or sales experience
• Teachable, open to learning , and a desire to continually improve as a sales professional
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• A friendly, collaborative personality that fits well in a small team
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with B2B sales and small business clients
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay ($10 - $15) and/or commission (10% of each $1,000 product sale, subject to change)
• Flexible compensation for the right candidate – let us know what you’re worth , and if you raise our bottom line, we’re happy to pay accordingly
• Opportunity for growth into a Sales Director role, where you can lead and manage the entire sales team at RPMS
