Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Record Pages, and Omni-Channel (Skill-Based Routing). The ideal candidate will also have exposure to Salesforce Knowledge Management and possess relevant Salesforce certifications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage, configure, and enhance our Salesforce platform to support business needs, primarily focused on Service Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Salesforce Lightning Experience, including creating and customizing Lightning Record Pages.
  • Work with developers to implement customizations using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Set up and maintain Omni-Channel routing rules, including Skill-Based Routing for service agents.
  • Support and manage Salesforce Knowledge articles, data categories, and user access to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting; identify and resolve errors proactively.
  • Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with developers and analysts on system modifications or enhancements.
  • Support ongoing Salesforce platform maintenance and upgrades.

Job responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Salesforce features like Lightning Pages, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Base tools.
  • Help customize Salesforce using Apex code and Visualforce pages.
  • Test changes or new features to make sure everything works properly.
  • Work with the team to understand business needs and offer Salesforce solutions that match.
  • Keep records updated and help train users on how to use Salesforce tools effectively.
  • Fix system issues and make improvements to help users work more efficiently.
  • Help estimate the time and effort needed for Salesforce projects.
  • Review feedback from users and make necessary changes to improve their experience.
