Job Overview:
As a Sales Consultant at Rendez Vous Nissan, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing experience, from the initial inquiry to the final sale. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer detailed product knowledge on Nissan vehicles, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying process. Your goal is to build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Nissan models, features, and technology to effectively present vehicle options to customers.
Sales Process: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by understanding their needs, offering test drives, and explaining vehicle features and pricing options.
Negotiation & Closing: Work with customers to negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options. Close sales by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure seamless transactions and a positive customer experience.
Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
