Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of business implementation projects, overseeing everything from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and deploying solutions into production for new ventures.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new change requirements, offering clients optimal solutions with well-defined timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehensively gather and analyze business requirements specifically for Salesforce CRM implementation.
  • Provide expertise in CRM best practices, ensuring the effective utilization of Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Conduct user training sessions and generate documentation to support the smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions among end-users.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various systems and applications.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.

Requirements: 

 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
  • 3+ years of prior experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Admin 
  • Business Process Consulting Skills
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining roadmaps and business requirements
  • 5+ years of experience running salesforce engagements from initiation to closure
  • CPQ- Field Service, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud experience
  • Preferred Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
