** Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with proven experience leading Agile Teams . **

** ITIL Certified **

** Experience with Managing Cloud Infrastructure Operations;

** Cloud Application Maintenance;

** Should have AWS Cloud Experience **

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide recommendations.

Process Improvement: Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives, managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation of findings and recommendations.

Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of business initiatives by providing data-driven insights.

Monitoring Impact: Track the implementation of recommended changes and assess their effectiveness.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Five (5) years of experience in leading lean and agile iterative processes for product deliverables; UX research; meeting product requirements and timetables; managing team well-being and optimizing workflows.
2. Possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of a bootcamp in a related field plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
3. Three (3) years of experience managing and delivering on a five (5) million dollar or more agile software project
4. Three (3) years of experience managing complex IT systems in an agile environment.
5. Possess an active and valid certification related to scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® [CSM]).
6. Two (2) years of experience using Atlassian Jira in an agile development project.

2 Two (2) years of experience in a State/Dept. of Health care Service project.
