Job Description

Tractorbeam is looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead the development and execution of search engine optimization strategies across our client portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for managing SEO specialists, setting project priorities, and ensuring measurable success for our clients.

Role Overview

The SEO Manager will oversee comprehensive SEO strategies and mentor a team to deliver results. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to guide internal and client-facing SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Perform detailed site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Lead efforts to optimize website architecture, content strategies, and link-building campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is aligned with content, paid media, and website development efforts.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports, highlighting progress, insights, and future opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithm updates.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
