The New York office of Our firm is seeking an Associate for their Securities & Capital Markets Department.

The firm Securities & Capital Markets Department consists of more than 50 attorneys who concentrate on securities and corporate finance matters for public and private companies. Our public clients include Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller reporting companies. The diversity of our clients and the broad base of our experience allow us to confront all manner of issues and opportunities on behalf of our clients, and as a result, we have developed best practices and efficiencies that are available to all of our clients.

We regularly assist companies with corporate finance transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and we represent issuers, underwriters, placement agents and selling stockholders.

In addition, we help clients satisfy reporting requirements, such as those under the Securities Exchange Act, as well as listing requirements and more complex issues, including tender offers, consent solicitations and contested board elections.

Salary: $295,000 - $370,000

Job Requirements:

The ideal Associate should have 4 - 6 years of experience in securities, capital markets and other transactional matters
