Are you a dependable and vigilant professional looking for a meaningful overnight role? Capital Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team. This critical position helps ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets across our automotive locations - including dealerships, storage lots, and service centers.

This position requires availability during nights and weekends, specifically from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

• Perform regular, thorough patrols to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Manager and monitor access points; verify identities of individuals and vehicles.
• Issue and track visitor badges while maintaining detailed access records.
• Enforce security protocols and ensure full compliance with safety standards.
• Act swiftly and appropriately in emergencies, maintaining calm under pressure.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external law enforcement as needed.
• Support other operational teams to improve overall site security.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in security, especially within automotive or industrial settings
• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance, and access control tools
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Physical fitness to perform routine patrols
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able and willing to work overnight shifts (9PM-5AM), including weekends
