As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors, tenants, and employees. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, verifying credentials, monitoring access points, and assisting with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. You will remain visible at the front desk to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees at the front desk, providing excellent customer service in a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and logging visitor information as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific protocols.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Manage and/or distribute keys, badges, or access cards in accordance with established procedures.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.
• Remain alert and attentive while stationed at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
