Job Title: Security Site Manager
Location: Norman, OK
Environment: Library
Salary: $18/hr
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Standard days & hours are Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM. (This position may, at times, require long hours and weekend work.)

General Job Functions:

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.
• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the client and ensure customer service is of the highest standards – capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.

• Meet regularly with client(s) to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environments.
• Ensure all GardaWorld Security post orders at the account are appropriate to contractual responsibilities and are being utilized properly by training officers and support team.

• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account.

• Be ready to respond to any operational emergency and ensure timely response, timely and efficient communications, and accurate reporting.

Work Environment
This role is active and the majority of the time is spent walking around a building interacting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Required Education and Experience
Must have active Oklahoma CLEET License
Must have minimum three-years’ progressive supervisory/management experience.
