About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Communications Lead, Senior Advisor to join their Business Communications team. This strategic and creative professional will be dedicated to supporting the Chief Operating Officer with high-impact communications that enhance the COO's presence across various platforms. The role involves developing and executing strategic communication plans, creating a range of content from speeches to social media, and ensuring the COO's messaging aligns with the company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in executive or strategic communications, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, and a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives. Strong visual storytelling and presentation development skills are also essential, as is the ability to distill complex business concepts into engaging narratives for diverse audiences. Applicants for this role at the company should be prepared to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel as needed. The position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism, as well as the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
