Work Hours : 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Note : If the consultant works more than 35 hours per week, overtime must be requested and approved in the Agency's timekeeping system.
The State of New York is seeking an NG911 Senior Business Analyst with public safety experience and/or prior experience working with NYC government agencies . The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst , with expertise in requirements management, validation, and testing for complex projects.
This role requires close coordination with agencies to develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts , manage requirements verification and traceability , and ensure test procedures comprehensively cover requirements for the NG9-1-1 program . The analyst must effectively communicate project details to stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and agency representatives .
