The Senior Consultant, Data Services is a critical, client-facing role that supports the design, development, testing, and delivery of sophisticated data integration, modeling, and analytics solutions for Nordic clients. Operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and healthcare operations, this position plays a key role in advancing data-driven transformation within complex healthcare environments.
As a senior member of the Data Services team, this individual serves as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable insights, aligning analytics capabilities with client goals, and delivering high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes. In addition to hands-on solution development, the Senior Consultant provides strategic guidance, mentorship to junior team members, and thought leadership across Nordic's analytics initiatives.
This role is a direct extension of Nordic's commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare. Senior Consultants are expected to embody Nordic's core values, build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and consistently demonstrate professionalism, and integrity. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, technically skilled, and client-centered professional with deep experience in healthcare data ecosystems, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to lead and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams. This role focuses on high-impact projects that improve business processes, enhance clinical operations, and elevate the strategic use of data across healthcare organizations.
