The Senior Copywriter will create copy for print and digital advertising, to video, social media properties or a combination of all three complimenting the art direction. They'll be an integral part of our creative department, working closely with our creative and strategy teams. This role brings big idea thinking and a highly skilled craft of words with flexibility in writing styles for multiple clients, in varying mediums.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Copywriting, independently as well as in teams with art director and copywriter partners on print, TV, OOH, traditional and non-traditional platforms
• Coordinate with agency studio, production managers, and broadcast production department to create mechanicals and presentation materials
• Meet, and help the team to meet, internal and external deadlines on all projects for which you are responsible for:
• Conceptual, interactive assignments
• Commitment and follow through on jobs
• Timely turnaround on assignment
• Conceptual, interactive assignments
• Update maintain all copy decks and scripts through production and beyond
• Maintain and accurately complete timesheets by required deadlines

• Bachelor’s Degree and or Portfolio School Training
• 5+ years of copywriting experience
• Extensive television, digital, radio, and print production experience
• Ability and experience presenting to clients
• Strong leadership skills and ability to direct junior team members as well as ability to effectively communicate with senior leads from multiple departments.
• Ability to work effectively with team members across various departments and with partner agencies and vendors
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience in creative storytelling
• Strong ideation skills
• Able to write in a variety of voices
• Ability to provide insightful and creative interpretation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to take direction
• Ability to direct talent
• Able to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously with multiple project leads
• Builds strong relationships at appropriate client/vendor levels
• Intermediate to advance experience using Mac-based applications including MS Word, PowerPoint and Keynote
• Possess and demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness
• Collaborative team player who shares ideas for the greater good
