They're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their high-impact Analytics team in building the future of healthcare delivery. The Role You'll be part of a dynamic Data & Analytics team working on building a modern, flexible analytics platform that powers critical healthcare decisions. This is a hybrid role based in NYC (with some flexibility for remote work within the US) where you'll: Design and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Looker Partner with Growth, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver actionable insights Create compelling visualizations that help improve patient care outcomes Build sustainable data products that empower users across the organization What You'll Bring Must-Haves: 2-6 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt and Looker Track record of delivering insights to Operations, Finance, or Clinical teams Excellence in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environments Interest in healthcare delivery systems Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with product teams on internally-built applications Git/GitHub proficiency Early-stage startup experience Healthcare data knowledge (Claims, ADT, etc.) Why This Role?
