Job Description

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership.
• Build and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, including scenario planning and investment modeling.
• Partner with teams across the organization to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and data integrity initiatives.
• Monitor debt schedules, compliance requirements, and year-end financial deliverables.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance or related field.
• 23+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot; BI tools (Power BI) preferred.
• Experience with modern ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
