Job Description

I am supporting a confidential, industryleading organization in the search for a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst . This role is ideal for a datadriven finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional modeling ability, and the desire to influence decisionmaking across a growing business.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a central role in forecasting, financial reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to partner closely with leadership across operations, accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and deliver actionable insights

Reporting & Data Analytics

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, margin, and expense categories
• Build dashboards and automate reporting to improve organizational efficiency

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support operational and financial strategy
• Present findings, recommendations, and scenario analyses to senior stakeholders
• Support business case development for investments, new initiatives, and cost optimization

Process Improvement

• Enhance FP&A tools, models, and reporting structures
• Help streamline financial workflows and strengthen data accuracy
• Participate in systems enhancements or implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers
