AppleOne is seeking a Senior Food Technologist to lead the development of exciting new food solutions for top brands and retailers. This role blends creativity with technical expertise, guiding products from concept through production while ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize food products that align with market trends and client requirements.
Create and adjust formulations to achieve desired taste, nutrition, and cost targets.
Conduct sensory evaluations and oversee production trials.
Partner with sales to prepare samples and presentations for customers.
Manage project timelines and maintain accurate development records.
Provide direction and prioritization for lab-based product development activities.

Qualifications

Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience in product development.
Strong knowledge of food science, ingredients, and nutrition.
Creative thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
