Remuneration: $200k-$300k + Equity 0.10% to 0.40%

At Dynamism.io, we are excited to partner with a YC-backed voice AI startup to help them find a Founding Senior Frontend Engineer.

About the Startup:

The voice AI company, a YC W21-backed startup, is building the "Retool for Voice AI," empowering developers to integrate voice technology across industries. As Apple Intelligence and Google Gemini onboard 4 billion people to human-like voice assistants, this platform bridges the gap between raw models and production-ready voice applications. From SaaS and logistics to telehealth, the company is preparing businesses for the voice-driven future. Since launching in March, the startup has quickly scaled revenue and recently raised a Series A from a top-tier firm. As one of the first 10 hires, the Founding Senior Platform Engineer will join the in-office team in San Francisco to further scale the product and infrastructure.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

As the Founding Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) at Voice AI, you will lead the design

and implementation of the entire frontend Dashboard platform. This is a foundational role

where you will have the opportunity to shape the company's culture, own the frontend

architecture, and work directly with the founding team to deliver features that delight users.

• Design and ship frontend features that bring value to customers.
• Enhance the frontend codebase to be more robust, composable, and
• maintainable.
• Collaborate closely with the support team and users, continuously listening to
• feedback and shipping improvements.
• Develop features that focus on delighting customers, such as adding user-friendly
• elements and enhancements.

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack or Frontend Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying features you’ve built yourself.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced company (<100 employees).
• Strong proficiency with the React and Typescript frontend stack.
• Previous experience in a Founding, Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer role.
• Willingness to work in-office with the team 6 days/week in San Francisco.

Key Milestones:

• First 7 days: Ship a pre-scoped frontend feature.
• First 14 days: Improve the codebase or ship a refactor based on user feedback.
• First 30 days: Independently ship a feature and complete a customer-focused
• improvement.
• First 45 days: Collaborate with the growth engineering team to launch a series of
• experiments and enhancements.
