Senior/Lead Insurance Agent

What we Offer:

base pay + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Track record of 25 or more sales per month
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in P&C insurance
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 and above per year
