As we expand our reach and take on more ambitious projects, we are looking for a talented and visionary Senior Designer to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Senior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept through completion, demonstrating a high level of expertise and creativity in residential and hospitality design. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, guiding them through the design process, making key decisions, and ensuring their vision is realized with precision and style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects, ensuring a high standard of design quality from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, presenting ideas and gathering feedback to refine designs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new and innovative design solutions into projects.

Essential Qualities:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both projects and teams.
  • Strong client interaction skills with the ability to guide clients through the design process and make well-informed decisions.
  • Initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Must live in Southern California or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field - preferred but not required
  • At least 10 years of professional interior design experience, with a focus on luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other related software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
