We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to make a significant impact on our operations and help shape our future direction.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
9. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of the project.
10. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
11. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in project management and construction management.
4. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction material and equipment.
6. Previous experience in cooperating and negotiating with construction professionals.
7. Excellent time management ability.
8. Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.
9. Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
10. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
11. Proficient in construction management software packages.
12. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proven budget management experience.
15. Demonstrated strategic planning and goal-setting abilities.
16. Experience with contract management and estimation.
