What You'll Do:

  • Lead structural design efforts on complex projects from concept through construction
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and efficient solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • PE license required; SE license preferred
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in building design
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
