We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join the team at Planet Honda in Tilton, New Hampshire. This is a full-time, salary position and the successful candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate about customer service. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the automotive industry. Annual income from $60,000-$100,000!

Responsibilities:
• Offer superior customer service to all clients
• Assess customer service requirements and address additional concerns
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate follow-up
• Perform service write ups and document services accordingly
• Track and record customer and repair orders for processing
• Generating sales
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Adhere to company policies

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient in computer systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
