Position: Shift Lead

Job Location: Brookfield, WI

Starting Date: Immediate

Employment Term: Regular

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift): 1st Shift (9:00am to 4:00pm) 2nd Shift (4:00pm to Close)

Starting Pay: $17 to $20 an hour

Benefits: Lunch on-site, growth opportunities

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience: 2+ years management experience in pizza or similar setting

Job Summary

As a Shift lead you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain quality and customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth shift execution. You will lead by example, assist with customer interactions, and ensure operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff schedules, labor, and inventory management.
• Manage daily pizza production and operations including rotating ovens.
• Order supplies and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure high-quality output.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards in all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pizza management experience.
• Strong leadership skills; able to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Attention to detail and assertive problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Standing, walking, and lifting required.
• PPE: Apron, gloves, and shirt required.
