Job Description
a. Work in Curing as scheduled. i. Receiving and Warehousing Responsibilities;
Compare items ordered with items received. Check receiving temperature, pest infestations, quality, packing conditions, and truck hygiene . Observe unloading practices. Handle incoming goods as per documented procedures. Ensure Good Storage Practices and FIFO rotation principles.
ii. Storage and Product Release Responsibilities: * Ensure Good Storage Practices
Follow FIFO stock rotation principles and the correctness of the PO before stock release. Check the conditions of stock and packaging before loading. Check vehicle for pest infestations.
iii. Transportation Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with transportation requirements as per food safety contract.iv. Keep warm rooms and coolers clean and orderly.v. Keep CDL current.
b. Responsible for addressing any LGV Defects IMMEDIATELY and implementing PREVENTATIVE measures.
c. Be involved with the Bulk Cut Process as scheduled.
d. Clean and sanitize any area of RC/RWI as scheduled.
e. Bag powder as scheduled.
f. Restock supplies and take out trash as scheduled.
g. Train to test incoming milk trucks and relievecheesemakersr for breaks.
h. Adhere to ALL Human and Food Safety SOPs, GMPs, and SQF STANDARDS to keep all People and Products SAFE.
i. Monitor CCPs and CQPs and follow RC guidelines for corrective actions.
