Our client is an industry/global leader in developing consumer products in various areas of their business. Some of the industries that they support are Hygiene, Health and Beauty, Life Care as well as cosmetics. This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the biggest companies in the chemical and cosmetic field.

Pay: $60-70k/yr

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials while maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Supervise personnel, performing the duties of shipping, and receiving agent, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time while optimizing workflow to meet customer and company demands.

Education/Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, (Process Pro ERP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Familiarity with major freight carriers and online shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
