Are you an experienced SMT Operator ready to join a fast-paced, high-tech environment? This company is seeking a skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to support our production team.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate SMT machinery (pick and place, reflow oven, stencil printer)
• Perform visual inspections of PCB assemblies for quality assurance
• Load components, troubleshoot placement issues, and make machine adjustments
• Work from blueprints, assembly drawings, and written instructions
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Also a 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm (occasional OT)
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hr. DOE
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of SMT machine operation experience
• Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB assembly processes
• Ability to read assembly drawings and BOMs
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must pass E-Verify and background check
