Overview: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Representative to join our team. As the face and voice of our brand on social media platforms, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering a positive online community, and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and post high-quality content (text, images, videos) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engagement: Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner to build and nurture a loyal online community.
Brand Representation: Be the voice of the company on social media, ensuring all communication aligns with brand identity, tone, and values.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks) to optimize strategies and performance.
Social Listening: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and engagement strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a social media manager, coordinator, or representative.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and campaigns.
Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to adjust strategies based on data.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
Experience in influencer partnerships or social media collaborations.
