Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, Develop & Maintain Solutions: Build custom applications, workflows and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Application Development & Support (C#/.NET & SQL) o Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET 8 and SQL. Implement business logic, integrate with databases (SQL Server), and handle data validation. COTS application configuration via UI Ensure secure communication with Azure services (e.g., Key Vault, App Service). o Maintain application relationships & logic via GUI Troubleshoot user issues Perform server maintenance and user access management. Testing and Quality Assurance o Write unit tests for C# REST API and write/execute manual testing for COTS application. o Support integration testing for APIs and workflows to ensure seamless functionality. o Collaborate with QA engineers to resolve bugs and ensure a high-quality product. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams and Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, data architects, and project managers to define solution requirements and design solutions that address business needs effectively. Solution Architecture: Oversee the design and development of Power Apps (Canvas, Power Pages, and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, Power Virtual Agents chatbots, and Power BI reports. Ensure that designs are scalable, secure, and efficient. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise applications, data sources, and systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and third-party APIs. Optimization: Ensure solutions are optimized for performance and security. Provide suggestions for improving existing processes and tools. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on C#/.NET and SQL. Experience with coding languages including but not limited to Python, JavaScript, CSS, and/or HTML. Experience in Power Apps, PowerBI, and Power Automate. Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Common Data Service (Dataverse). Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and other external systems. Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and modern design patterns. Exposure to Azure DevOps pipelines or similar CI/CD tools. + years of coding and application development experience. Experience in low-code/no-code development and business process automation. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and cloud solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with project and client leadership, business users, and technical teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to organize and prioritize the work assignments of others. Collaborative with cross-functional teams. Reporting and mitigating risk with project leadership. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience supporting federal clients in financial management applications. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $190,900.00.
