What you'll be doing:
Investigate Like a Pro: Conduct interviews in Spanish with workers to understand their concerns about labor violations under USMCA.
Research Rockstar: Dig deep into legal documents and conduct online research to gather evidence and support worker claims.
Writing Wizard: Craft clear and concise reports summarizing your findings, translated seamlessly between English and Spanish.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to track cases, manage records, and prepare presentations.
Advocate for Change: Be a voice for workers and contribute to enforcing fair labor practices across North America.
What we're looking for:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Labor Relations, or a similar field
3+ years of experience in a legal, business, labor, policy, or research environment
Familiarity with labor issues (a plus)
Strong research, analysis, and writing skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points for:
Legal research/analysis experience
