Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher is needed for an elementary school setting in Joliet, IL, supporting kindergarten students in a self-contained classroom. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, beginning August 14, 2025, and concluding May 28, 2026. The role offers a full-time schedule with 37.5 hours across five days weekly.
Key qualifications for this position include possession of an Early Childhood Certification, indicating preparation to address the unique learning needs of young learners with special education requirements.
