Job Description: We are assisting our Dallas, Texas client in search for a Senior Real Estate Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing financial analysis related to acquisitions, investor relations, and financing. Responsibilities: Analyze data and perform due diligence for potential acquisitions. Develop financial models. Develop relationships with property owners and brokers. Oversee financing processes for new acquisitions. Create investment memos for investors. Assist with quarter and year-end reporting. Manage the quarterly investor distribution process.
