Responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production. Essential Functions include performing the load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment, securing required passes and tickets, preparing guest lists under the direction of the stage Manager, cabling and assisting audio & lighting crew as directed, band set changes, ensuring band members have required items to perform, communicating event details to production crew, hanging show banners, updating marquees and signage, coordinating food trays for the band, assisting lighting & audio crew, spotlight operation if required, maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment, assisting the Stage Manager with show passes, maintaining and securing House Backline and supplies, maintaining curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items, assisting audio and lighting crew with equipment, operating and caring for stage areas safely and cleanly, assisting with special events operations, and ensuring stage trash is taken out and stage is prepared for next show. Job Requirements include minimum 3 years tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency with Microsoft applications, superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and a High School Diploma. Preferred is a College Degree. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in moderate to loud noise levels.
