JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Stand-Up Hilo Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, and stack products efficiently and safely within our warehouse. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Maintain inventory by tracking product locations and quantities.
Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Complete necessary documentation for inventory management and receiving.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months experience on a stand up hilo.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic understanding of inventory tracking and reporting.
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery.
Must be able to navigate a warehouse environment safely.
