Job Title: Mid to Senior Drafter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Drafter with mid-to-senior level experience to create detailed technical drawings and plans for manufacturing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software, a deep understanding of drafting standards, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate, detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
• Work with engineers and design teams to develop drawings that meet project specifications and standards.
• Modify existing drawings based on project revisions or feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GD&T, ANSI) and company-specific drawing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design and production processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of drafting experience in [specific industry, e.g., mechanical, civil, architectural].
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, GD&T, and technical drawing conventions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
