The Store Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring safety and preventing theft in a retail environment by monitoring activity, managing CCTV systems, and collaborating with store leadership and community partners. This role requires law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, strong conflict management skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. The position supports a positive shopping experience and loss prevention efforts while providing emergency response and investigation services.
