About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer / Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX . This is a unique opportunity for a licensed engineer with leadership experience to take on a strategic role that blends hands-on technical work with team and project management.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in structural design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
  • Prepare, review, and seal structural calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business development through proposal writing, client meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • EIT or PE required
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, RAM, Revit).
  • Experience with concrete, steel, wood, and masonry systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
