About the Role:
Our F45 Training studio is looking to grow its management team with a dynamic and motivated Studio Manager. This role is responsible for leading both the sales and athletic functions of the studio. You will play a crucial part in driving membership growth, training and developing personal trainers, and ensuring a high standard of service and performance.

As Studio Manager, you will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase membership, promote the benefits of fitness, and maintain a vibrant community. Youll also lead the personal training team, overseeing their training and development to ensure the best possible fitness experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to increase membership sales and promote overall health and wellness
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, digital/print advertising, and community outreach events
Manage sales goals and metrics to ensure consistent progress, including sales contests and member referral programs
Build partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and charities to grow brand awareness and reach

Athletics & Team Leadership:
Oversee the training and development of personal trainers, ensuring adherence to F45s standards of instruction and program delivery
Ensure all team members are properly onboarded, trained, and motivated to deliver exceptional experiences for our members
Participate in at least twelve (12) training sessions per week to maintain a working knowledge of F45s small-group training programs
Maintain a positive, professional studio environment, acting as both a mentor and an ambassador for the F45 brand

Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including member check-in, account management, and customer care
Ensure all systems and processes are followed at the front desk and throughout the studio, including payment handling, scheduling, and facility management
Monitor financial performance, managing and exceeding sales and operational budgets to meet growth and profitability targets
Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and aligned with company branding standards

Qualifications:
2+ years of proven sales leadership in the health and fitness industry
Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization required
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required
3+ years of management experience, including recruiting, training, and developing staff
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality member experiences
Leadership skills to create a positive, successful environment for both staff and clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Studio Owner, Personal Trainers, and members
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Business Suite, MindBody Online, and social media platforms
