The Edit is seeking an organized, resourceful, and detail-driven Studio + Production Manager to oversee the production of world-class content for some of the world’s most exciting brands. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Studio + Production Manager , you will:

  • Manage Studio Operations: Oversee day-to-day studio functions, ensuring a smooth, organized, and productive workspace.
  • Coordinate Productions: Plan and manage all aspects of photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative productions, including schedules, budgets, and logistics.
  • Vendor & Talent Management: Coordinate with freelancers, talent, and vendors, ensuring all parties are aligned and projects run seamlessly.
  • Prop & Equipment Oversight: Source and manage props, equipment, and studio supplies to support content creation needs.
  • On-Set Support: Act as the point person during productions, ensuring timelines are met and the creative vision is executed flawlessly.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Track and manage budgets for studio and production-related expenses, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, social, and client teams to align on deliverables and ensure expectations are exceeded.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 2+ years in production or studio management, preferably in a creative agency or content production environment.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges and addresses them with innovative solutions.
  • Production Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-standard equipment, production workflows, and on-set protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially when managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
