Job Description

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated temporary Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities from May-August. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including assisting with the use of a walker.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Full-time 38 Hours Per Week (28 hours CLS and 8 hours Respite weekly), Contract
• Monday-Friday
