Swoon is hiring for our software client in Seattle, WA and this will be a hybrid role.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our interview process—coordinating logistics, supporting candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule phone and virtual interviews across multiple North American offices
• Maintain accuracy and data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and scheduling tool (GoodTime)
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and the Candidate Experience team to prioritize and fulfill hiring needs
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and help implement recruiting improvements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in the candidate experience

What You’ll Bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering great candidate and stakeholder experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse and GoodTime experience is a plus)
