Position Summary:
Ecolab is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to support our Campus & Early Talent Recruiting team. In this contract role, you will contribute to a high-impact team focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring top student talent. This role includes full-cycle recruiting, event coordination, and collaboration with hiring leaders to drive a strong campus hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Campus Recruiting team to support fall recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate management
- Conduct candidate interviews and debrief sessions with hiring managers
- Extend offers and manage candidate communications
- Proactively source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (Workday) and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for on-campus and virtual events
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement through platforms like Handshake and Phenom
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency with Workday or a similar ATS
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with campus or university recruiting
- Familiarity with Handshake and Phenom platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
