As the Team Lead for Client Success Specialists, you’ll oversee daily team operations, coach team members, and drive performance to ensure exceptional client service and attorney-client interactions. Lead and mentor the Client Success team to achieve performance goals.

Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in the CRM system.
Leadership experience in client success, customer service, or a related field.
