As the Team Lead for Client Success Specialists, you’ll oversee daily team operations, coach team members, and drive performance to ensure exceptional client service and attorney-client interactions. Your role will focus on improving processes, resolving escalations, and supporting LegalMatch’s mission of providing easy access to legal help.

Lead and mentor the Client Success team to achieve performance goals.
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
Facilitate training and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in the CRM system.
Leadership experience in client success, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
